Securing Key Contracts



Superior Broadband Services was established in 2001 by an experienced telecommunications technician. The business grew steadily for ten years through a network of over 100 trusted sub-contractors spread throughout Australia. During this period the company’s experience grew, quality assurance systems were put in place and a fibre optic broadband manager was appointed. As the Federal Government began to role out its National Broadband Network, Superior Broadband Services was perfectly positioned with an opportunity to grow further — however, their brand identity was ten years old and looking tardy & they had no marketing tools. The way they were presenting themselves simply did not do justice to the company that they had become.



We worked with Superior Broadband Services & researched their competitors & potential business partners, identifying a position for them to hold in the market place. We worked with their core managers pinpointing the specific services & experience which needed to be communicated to their potential partners — the bigger Telcos and the NBN Co. We redesigned their brand identity to reflect the sharper more flexible organisation that they had become. The new brand identity was rolled out across all their collateral including uniforms and vehicle liveries. An extensive website with case studies was also created.
